Job Management
WorkflowMax allows for job, task and staff management all in one spot. Enter estimates or quotes for actual time/cost or fixed priced jobs with trackable tasks and milestones. View jobs and tasks across your calendar for all employees . WorkflowMax provides excellent oversight for all layers of management to ensure jobs are kept to budgeted time and cost in relation to staff resource allocation.
Mobile App
WorkflowMax allows users to access job information on the go with their Android and iPhone mobile app. Access jobs, add tasks, costs, notes and documents to the job. Client information can be accessed to show existing jobs and contact information. Importantly users/employees assigned to jobs can enter timesheet information on the go using the clock on clock function or by manually adding a timesheet entry.
Invoicing
Invoice based on time, costs, fixed amount, or progress invoice based on percentage of time, costs or estimated/quoted value. Create invoices using WorkflowMax's invoice builder to include or exclude any detail you wish. WorkflowMax also allows you to create custom branded templates for invoicing. Send invoices electronically to your clients from with the software and track payments using the two-way payment sync with Xero.
Time Tracking
Track all staff time against jobs whether on the mobile app or web version. Staff time can also be manually entered across jobs on the web version by internal staff. Timesheets can be reviewed across set time periods and exported to CSV for upload to your payroll system, alternatively WorkflowMax can be directly integrated with specific payroll systems. Never miss a minute of billable time again.
Full Integration with Xero
WorkSmart will ensure WorkflowMax is integrated with Xero. Through this integration WorkflowMax will share and udate customer and supplier information and will send all sales invoices and supplier bills entered into the system. Xero will manage your business financial information allowing for quick and easy reconciliation of your customer payments, full GST and profit and loss reporting and access to Xero payroll if required.
